1. The design Brief
Have you prepared a brief already? We can

At its best, an exercise in branding is an exercise in exploring the personality of your organisation, of discovering who you are and who you are aspiring to be and how you communicate that to the world. You may find this to be a game-changing experience and we are driven to help you to take your vision to a whole new level. The clearer you can be, the better; clarity creates sales. This is where our expertise can be invaluable.



2. Discovery
Result: Moodboards
Discovery is integral to the creation of an intelligent and effective brand and you are integral to this collaborative process and we need your commitment as it is your individually that we are helping you to express! We work with our clients and value your input. It starts with a simple form; here you can provide details about your business. We want to understand all that we can about what makes your business tick, where you have come from, where you are right now and where you are aiming for. We love to help great products and services to fulfill their potential. Business is a challenge and we aim to help you to rise to that challenge and find your voice above the competition.



3. Articulating & Clarifying
Result: Concepts and Brand Direction
This stage is where we delve deep into the creative process with a passion! We start the process with sketching, discovering new ideas from new perspectives, playing with space and light, theme and viewpoint until the leading ideas are defined and ready to commit to graphics. The strongest concepts are selected and gathered for the next design phase.



5. Client Review / Refinement
Result: Refinement or Selection
This is where you get first sight of the three options for the brand direction before narrowing it down to the strongest idea. We explore all choices with you, in depth before helping you to finalising an option, taking your input on board and making minor revisions until exactly the right direction is reached. Please be aware that if you choose to return to a previous step in the process, additional charges may occur.



6. Final brand identity selection / Refinement
Result: Selection of final logotype
The final approved logo design will be tweaked and refined to ensure highest quality design standards. Any design edits requested by you will be applied at this stage. Your approval will be sought before progression to next phase.
Final approval is received of the new logo design which has been refined and prepared for brand application. We are seeking a brand that you will be proud of and that will endure in the market place.



7. Applying & extending
Result: Application of Brand to collateral
The finalised logo design will be applied to marketing and sundry collateral according to the client needs. This may include business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, email signatures, menus brochures etc.
The extent of the marketing collateral will follow the specifications outlined in the design brief. Approval of final brand will be requested before progression to next phase.



8. Sign off
Result: Application of Brand to collateral
Approval of all branded assets that have been produced according to the initial brief. Please note that reverting back to previous stage in the design process may incur an additional charge. Artwork is supplied via email and/or made available for download. Specific file requests can be catered for.
